We want you to love your OMNIA brushes, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unused and unopened products. To maintain hygiene standards, items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and attach it securely to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place your unused brushes in their original protective casing and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
